Brynhyfryd is a luxury holiday home in Aberystwyth, one of our 4* (Visit Wales) graded properties and it enjoys spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. Based on the same site as the previous houses on the menu, Brynhyfryd is set a little apart from the courtyard and is next door to Cambrian View. The house has been built to a very high specification, and enjoys large spacious rooms and living areas, which have been designed to be filled with as much natural light as possible.

The ground floor has a very large open plan kitchen and lounge area, with French doors to the front patio. To the rear there is a large conservatory adding that extra living space needed for larger groups. In total Brynhyfryd can sleep up to 10 people, but extra beds can be added if requested.

Brynhyfryd has also been designed with a disabled accessible bedroom on the ground floor, there is an alarm cord which will set off an alarm within the house, and the bathroom has been designed to be fully disabled friendly with a higher toilet and lower sink.

Bedroom 1: On the ground floor, this is a twin bedroom with a wet room en-suite

Bedroom 2: Upstairs, triple bedroom (double and single) with a bathroom en-suite.

Bedroom 3: This is a double bedroom, with a shower en-suite. An additional single bed can fit in here.

Bedroom 4: Another triple bedroom with a double bed and single bed, this also has a shower en-suite. There is also a day bed in here, and a balcony with views over the surrounding countryside.
