We require a deposit payment upon booking (£200 deposit payment) to secure your reservation. This must be made within 7 days of you placing your booking with us, or the booking is automatically cancelled and the availability will return online.
We require full payment for your stay with us 4 weeks prior to your arrival. For any bookings made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, 100% of the total booking fee will be required.
Our cancellation policy is that a full refund of the deposit will be given if a cancellation is made 90 days in advance of the arrival date. If a cancellation is made less than 90 days of the arrival date, your deposit will be lost in full. We require full payment 28 days prior to your arrival. If a booking is cancelled with less than 28 days notice, the payment will be lost in full. Lost deposits and payments can occasionally be transferred to future bookings at the owner’s discretion.
Circumstances beyond the control of the owners
Except where otherwise expressly stated, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay compensation, where the prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented due to circumstances beyond reasonable control of the owners. For example, force majeure includes flood, fire, exceptional weather conditions, epidemics, destruction or damage to the property except negligence by the owner. No compensation or costs of any description will be payable in any such case by the owners. Only in appropriate cases will the owners refund all monies paid.
The owners ensure to convey information correctly at the time of compilation. Due to the owners seeking to improve there might be slight difference between the description given here and the facilities available at the time of your stay. The owners cannot accept any responsibility for incomplete or misleading information except in the case of negligence of the owners.
We are making every effort to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable stay with us, however, if you have any complaints, comments or problems please report them immediately to the owners.
Problems will be dealt with by the owners quickly and efficiently. If a problem persists, please contact the owners for further rectification.
